Make Your Passion Into A Habit

During my childhood in the 1980s to the early 1990s, parents did not send us to any talent classes, so our interests were usually discovered through everyday life.

As far as I can remember, I started sketching faces in elementary school. It came naturally to me that I wanted to sketch human faces with different appearances, expressions, and features.

However, an interest can be easily forgotten if we don't grab hold of it and make it a habit. I picked up my pencil a few years ago to rediscover what I had missed. It's important to stick to what we like to do and gain something over time.

To me, it's extremely interesting to draw a face, even when it's just a combination of two dots and a curved line to make a smiling face.

Now, I've started sketching portraits again.
